After the order is dispatched from the warehouse, the standard shipping time is 3–8 business days (the specific duration varies by destination and shipping method).

Order Tracking:

 Track your package’s real-time shipping status on the courier’s official platform using your tracking number.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

  • Modifications or cancellations to your order must be completed before the product is dispatched from the warehouse.
  • A handling fee of 5% of the order amount will be charged for order cancellations, which will be deducted directly from the refund.

Can I change the shipping address after the package has been sent?

Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to the shipping details once the product has been sent out.
