Case 1: False Discounts Luring Transfers

Scam Method:

Fraudsters impersonate Hystou sales representatives, falsely claiming that “tax policies” have rendered previously communicated payment accounts temporarily unusable. They deceive customers into changing accounts and making payments.

Deception Process:

After communicating with our Hystou sales representatives, scammers use email addresses differing by only one letter to deceive customers into changing payment accounts. Verify the sole official Hystou email domain is “@hystou.com”; all other suffixes are counterfeit.

 

Case 2: Fake Contracts to Defraud Deposits

Scam Method:

Scammers provide forged Hystou contracts, requiring customers to pay a 30% deposit first, promising to arrange production and delivery upon receiving the deposit.

Deception Process:

Customers contact scammers through third-party platforms, who provide seemingly legitimate contracts and company information. Customers trust them and pay the deposit, only to be blocked afterward.

Hystou will not change payment accounts arbitrarily. Suppose there is a special need to change. In that case, we will simultaneously publish notifications through three channels: official website announcements, official emails, and the customer service hotline, and require customers to confirm by phone through the customer service hotline.
