Yes, both our mini PCs and tablet PCs support wall-mount installation. Detailed step-by-step instructions can also be found in our product manuals.
Technical Support
How to enable TPM 2.0 function?
TPM 2.0 is used for Windows 11 system upgrades and data security encryption. The enabling steps are as follows:
1. Restart the device and press the Del/F2 key continuously during startup to enter the BIOS interface;
2. Navigate to the Security menu and find the TPM/PTT/Intel Platform Trust Technology option;
3. Change the option status from “Disabled” to “Enabled”;
4. Press the F10 key to save the settings and restart the device.
How to set up auto power-on and Wake-on-LAN (WoL)?
Auto Power On Setting:
1. Enter the BIOS interface (Del/F2 key), go to the Power Management menu;
2. Find the Auto Power On option and set it to “Enabled”;
3. Select the trigger condition (e.g., Power On After Power Failure, Daily Scheduled Power On) and save the settings.
Wake-on-LAN (WoL) Setting:
1. Enter BIOS, go to Power Management and enable PCIe/PCI Wake-Up option;
2. Enter the operating system, open the network card properties, go to the Advanced tab, find the Wake-on-LAN option and set it to “Enabled”;
3. The device can be remotely woken up through the network management software by entering the device’s MAC address.

Customization Services
Is OEM/ODM service supported? What is the customization process?
Yes, HYSTOU has a professional R&D and production team to provide one-stop OEM/ODM customization services. The specific process is as follows:
1. Demand Submission: Customers provide detailed customization requirements (appearance, configuration, interface, software, etc.);
2. Scheme Evaluation: The R&D team evaluates the feasibility of the demand and provides a preliminary solution and quotation;
3. Contract Signing: Confirm the scheme, sign the customization contract and pay the deposit;
4. Sample Production: Produce the prototype according to the requirements and send it to the customer for confirmation;
5. Mass Production & Delivery: After the sample is confirmed, start mass production and deliver the goods according to the agreed time.
Can a pre-installed operating system be customized?
